Fees
The course fee for 2010 is €940. This covers: full board for the course; tuition, class materials and guest lectures; all cultural, sporting and leisure activities; transport during courses; tours; administration, etc.
There are no hidden extras over and above the fee. The Department of Science and Education withdrew the annual grant of €53 per student from all Coláistí in 2009. Thus Coláiste Chamuis, like the other Coláistí, has had no option but to reluctantly take this into account in setting the current fee. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I spent a few weeks in An Tulach when I was in secondary school. I enjoyed it greatly and I learnt a lot of Irish there. I am a primary school teacher now working in a Gaelscoil.
